By booking a session or purchasing any photographic services from thewalkingflicker ("Photographer"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Services Offered

thewalkingflicker specializes in sports photography including action coverage, portraits, and team photos. Services are available to schools, clubs, professional teams, and individual athletes.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings require full payment upfront to reserve your session or image order.
Pricing:
- Portraits: Flat fee per session.
- Game Coverage: Charged per image or package.
- Team Photos: Charged per head.
Invoices may be issued as needed for recordkeeping or client request.

3. Travel Policy

Travel is included for locations within 20 miles of the photographer’s base.
For locations beyond 20 miles, a travel fee will be discussed and agreed upon before booking confirmation.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

Photos are delivered via an online gallery hosted on Pixieset.
Standard turnaround time is within 1 week of the event/session.

5. Usage Rights & Watermarking

Clients receive full rights to their purchased photos, including personal and promotional use.
thewalkingflicker retains the right to use photos in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
Unpaid or preview images will be watermarked. Watermarks are removed upon full payment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting payment.
If the photographer is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

7. Editing & Retouching

Simple retouching and color corrections are included.
Additional edits or retouching requests may incur an extra fee of $5 if deemed numerous or advanced.
The Photographer reserves the right to deny edits that fall outside the scope of standard sports photo enhancement.

8. Refunds & Missed Events

If the Photographer fails to deliver services due to personal error (e.g. missed event, data loss), the Client will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on artistic style, which is publicly available for review in advance.

9. Liability

Clients are encouraged to ensure venues and participants have appropriate coverage where applicable.

10. Agreement

By proceeding with a booking, payment, or any formal agreement with thewalkingflicker, the Client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
